Max Payments offers a digital wallet/e-wallet facility in Max Payments Point Of Sale. This Max Payments module is a complete feature of the inmate digital wallet management system for POS which manages the wallet balance, pays orders and bills using e-Wallet, and recharges the wallet. Accounting entries are managed properly whenever the wallet amount is used for payment or recharge is done for the wallet as well as when the first-time balance is allocated to the wallet. This Max Payments app also has automatic email send features when the wallet amount will be updated i.e., Recharge or payment from the wallet.
If you are using a POS and want to add balance to your inmate’s wallet then this will be a good module for use. By using this module you can easily add/update the wallet balance of each inmate. This wallet can be used as Payment at the time of POS payment which special POS Wallet journal. Inmate wallet balance can easily be shown on each inmate on the POS screen, So there’s no need to go back and check each inmate’s wallet balance, When an order is made that inmate’s wallet balance will be shown in front of the cashier. So easily choose whether want to pay from Wallet Balance (partially or fully) or pay from card/cash (normal payment method of Max Payments).
